SPECIAL FEATURES


1934 Chevrolet Grill Shell sectioned 6” and narrowed 4.5” 

Handmade front lower air-dam to flow air to radiator   

Handmade bottom Grill Shell which mates to lower frame cross-member  

Grill interior done in flat black to make it disappear  

Hand Made sheath surrounding radiator  

Wiring to cooling fan through frame so completely hidden  

Especially manufactured “Bow Tie” on grill secured with hidden fasteners 

All front suspension replated or polished 

Special plugs machined and plated for front spindles   

Polished Billet aluminum top and bottom ball-joint covers   

Front and rear hubs utilize machine plugs to fill all unused holes  

Ball joints and tie rod ends use acorn nuts with tapped allen locks for safety  

Polished Wilwood 6 piston calipers and 13” cross-drilled rotors  

All allen head fasteners plugged with polished covers  

All front suspension plates boxed and smoothed   

Headlight mounts handmade and boxed   

One-off headlight mounting brackets   

Headlight mounting bolts hidden and all wiring hidden inside boxed mounts   

Handmade turn signals hidden inside headlights  

All polished stainless or braided brake lines  

Stainless brake lines are brought through frame with polished aluminum fittings  

Front stainless brake lines are designed to float with suspension   

All residual brake valves utilized in the car   

Wheels are one-off special construction by Boyd Coddington   

Rear wheels are 24” x 10”, Front wheels are 19” x 8”   

Machined and polished center wheel caps  

Steering wheel machined to match wheels  

Horn ring machined to match wheels  

Gauge bezels machined to match wheels  

Transmission fully polished  

All transmission lines are polished or braided stainless   

Right and left exhaust are uniformly bent as mirror images as they exit headers   

Specially formed hood reveal to showcase Hilborn Fuel Injection   

Hood side panels boxed around suspension *  

Specially made hood side tray in engine compartment to cover frame rails   

All steering knuckles are polished stainless and plugged   

Steering components are riveted to accommodate allen set screws for safety   

Fully adjustable seat travel and adjustable seat backs  

Hand fabricated polished decorative aluminum on interior doors, quarter panels and headliner   All window glass edges polished and painted  

Handmade end covers incorporated into doors to cover window felt on each end  

Removable rear quarter glass   

Console all hand fabricated and includes switches hidden under the decorative leather cover   Rear camera mounted in custom polished housing which displays rear view on DVD monitor     on console   

Magnetic fuel door  

Fuel filler overflow and fuel tank overflow routed through and exits frame   

Diodes utilized to enable use of interior spotlights to highlight interior   

Interior spotlights operated via a 12 volt external power source  

Hidden power plugs to enable battery to be charged during off-season  

One-off design LED taillights which incorporate a 3rd brake light  

One-off Winters Quick change rear end cover   

One-off polished rear camber bar   

Rear pan handmade to follow the line of the car  

Wheel arches handmade and raised 3” to accommodate 24” rear wheels  

Handmade rear wheel tubs   

Chromed hand fabricated rear exhaust cap
